Digital x-ray

Although dentists traditionally use regular x-rays, digital x-rays are quickly replacing them. This is because it is a much safer procedure — it uses 80% less radiation than standard x-rays. Digital x-ray is more sensitive to radiation and was designed with you in mind. Digital x-rays do the same thing as standard x-rays in that they take an image of your teeth and surrounding structures. Because we are able to put the image into an imaging program, this gives us more accuracy of imaging.

Imaging CBCT scan

CBCT scans are an advanced way of letting dentists get a 3D scan of your jaw, teeth, and gums. These high resolution images of your head enable our dentist to personalize his treatment plan for you on a much more detailed level. These 3D images are a revolutionary way of diagnosing and treating temporomandibular dysfunctions that you may have.

CO2 laser

As an alternative to regular scalpels, CO2 lasers are quickly becoming popular in dentistries, including ours. A CO2 laser is much more effective for dental procedures since it has been found that its wavelength is optimal for them. Because the wavelength of CO2 lasers enable them to cut and coagulate soft tissue at the same time, it renders CO2 lasers superior to scalpels since the instances of bleeding are highly minimized.
